Yes! We are able to train any day of the week as well as outside business hours. Get in touch and we can give you some options.

It is reccomended at least 1 week to give learners time to complete the pre course online modules.
COURSES

This is course dependent.
Provide CPR - 1 hour
Provide First Aid - 2 hours
Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting - 2.5 hours
The first hour is always CPR, and only those needing First Aid are required to stay for the second hour. -
Absolutely!
CPR is always first for the face to face session. Once that is finished only those requiring the full Provide First Aid are required to stay. -
HLTAID009 - Provide CPR - 12 months
HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid - 3 years
HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting - 3 years -

Training and assessment is conducted on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO#90909.
BEFORE THE COURSE

This is learner dependent.
A rough guide from feedback received is as follows:
• 1 hour for CPR
• 3-4 hours for First Aid
• 4 hours for First Aid in an Education Setting -
All that is required for the face to face sessions is a device with internet that you can complete the online assessments/reports (Mobile phone or laptop.)
If this is not an option, please make this known to your trainer beforehand so adjustments can be made. -
No! Every session is taught the same for everyone, whether it’s your first time or 50th!

Yes. Group discounts are available for sessions over 10 people.

Certificates are issued on the same day as the course as the long as the following are completed:
• Invoice/payment for course is received
• Online modules are complete
• Assessments are satisfactory -
Training with ACE First Aid is delivered by an experienced firefighter who not only has real world experience, but is able to give you practical and actionable tips and advice for CPR/First Aid procedures.
Sessions are run in a fun yet informative way, ensuring all learners leave fealing competent in basic First Aid. -
Yes. We deliver all training on site at your chosen location.
